Training

Another service from Eclectic Tech is training our clients to be able to take care of their own website. While you can choose a maintenance package, some small businesses need either to conserve their cash flow or to be able to make up-to-the-minute changes on their website with almost instantaneous turn-around time. In the amount of time it takes to email the changes to your web designer, you can have the changes on your website already.

While some of our packages come with live training, we also offer video training with all of our packages. These 1-5 minute screencasts offer a convenient library of either application or website maintenance concepts. This added convenience means that you have a place to refer to when you forget a concept, or you can train new employees without scheduling additional training sessions with Eclectic Tech. Conserve your time and money by taking advantage of these bite-sized concepts and you won't get overloaded with unnecessary information when you need a quick tutorial.
